Delivery & Returns

Each bow is hand sewn for you personally and we hope that you absolutely love your new dress, therefore may take up to 1 week, if you are in a hurry please get in touch to see wat we can do!

As a small business we have to keep cost and waste to a minimum by only producing items which are sold, however if you feel that the dress doesn’t fit or suit you then please get in touch within 14 days of receiving to arrange an exchange for a credit note. Alterme Home will only issue your credit note once the dress is returned unworn and in original packaging, return postage is not covered by Alterme Home.

  • I am made from crepe which can catch and snag, take extra care whilst wearing with any jewellery

  • Iron on reverse or steam

  • This dress is not lined, with overlocked seams for a smoother silhouette

  • Orders can not be cancelled once placed

  • Our fabric is ordered in small quantities and may vary in colour from batch to batch, if you are planning on ordering multiple items in the same fabric we advise ordering together to avoid colour variations
